1. Must be done after each use (Most Important)
Immediately clean
Turn off the power, remove the plug.
Remove all the pill-making molds, discharge pipes, rolling wheels, and hopper.
Clean with warm water and soft-bristled brushes. Do not use hard objects to scratch the stainless steel surface.
If there is honey or sticky material, it must be washed clean to prevent hardening and clogging the holes.
Thoroughly dry
After cleaning, air dry or wipe dry. Do not store with water.
Humidity is prone to rusting, sticking materials, and mold growth.
Check the cutting edge and rolling wheel
Look for any sticky material, deformation, or gaps. Clear or replace them in time if necessary.
2. Daily/Batch Maintenance
Drop a small amount of food-grade lubricating oil on the transmission parts, bearings, and chains.
Check if the motor and belt are overheating or making abnormal sounds.
Clean the exterior dust of the machine to keep it clean.
3. Weekly Maintenance
Open the machine shell, clean the remaining powder inside.
Check:
The tightness of the belt
If the screws are loose
If the power cord is damaged
Apply a thin layer of edible oil to the rolling wheel and discharge pipe to prevent rust.
4. Maintenance for long-term non-use
Clean the entire machine thoroughly, without any powder or sticky material.
Dry all molds → Apply oil → Put them in a bag.
Place it in a dry, ventilated, and non-corrosive gas-free place.
Turn the machine on for 5-10 minutes once a month to prevent the bearings from getting stuck.
5. Prohibited Items (Must be noted)
Do not directly use water to rinse the motor or electrical control box, as it will short-circuit and burn out.
Do not use steel wool or blades to scrape the molds, as it will scratch and cause more sticking of pills.
Do not force the machine to work with faults (abnormal sounds, severe vibration, no pills).
The lubricating oil must be of food-grade / pharmaceutical grade, not industrial oil.
6. Maintenance Tips (Easy to remember)
Clean immediately after use, and dry it properly.
Regularly apply oil to the bearings, and do not scrape the molds with knives.
